WALK AROUND HAYLING ISLAND - 24 MILES
Off the south coast in Chichester Harbour is this lovely island, with sandunes, stretches of sandy beaches, .sea-birds,. attractive villages with thatched houses and church - Norman, historic inns and Nature Reserves. It is a challenge to walk right round in a day, but one you will never forget, with great views to Portsmouth and Portsea Island. As a bonus I have added a short island walk - 8 miles - around the nearby Thorney Island.
